Sal Cruz

Coach Cruz has over 20 years of coaching experience and has spent the last 5 years with the Knights. Before joining McQuaid, Cruz spent 15 years coaching at SUNY Brockport. A lifelong wrestler and proud parent of a McQuaid student, Coach Cruz is dedicated to shaping the next generation of Knights.

Fun fact: He was raised in Long Island, NY!
